Ball State

The key play in Ball State’s final series was an 18-yard pass from Keith Wenning to Willie Snead for a first down at the Indiana 25. Snead made a diving catch as he was going out of bounds. After a review by the replay booth, the catch was deemed good, Schott had his opportunity. From the Indiana 24 with :01 left, a 42-yard field goal was good and Ball State beat Indiana 41-39.

IU continues to be defenseless. No pressure on QB, couldn't get Ball State off field on 3rd down when it counted. 558 total yards were negated by twelve penalties for 127 yards.
