Ohio State

Indiana went 2-1-1 vs. Ohio State from 1987-90—including a victory in Columbus in 1987. Since then, the Hoosiers have lost 20 in a row to the Buckeyes. All that aside, don’t forget that Indiana led Ohio State, 20-14, midway through the third quarter last season at Ohio Stadium.

This would be a contest between two unbeaten teams in the B1G. Ohio State entered Memorial Stadium ranked #1 in the country.

Ezekiel Elliott's runs,  and a goal-line stand rescue Ohio State against Indiana. The Hoosiers dominated in the first half and went ahead late in the third quarter but the Buckeyes pulled away in the 4th..

Ohio State's defense held up, as Indiana's last-ditch attempt to tie the game at the end failed and the Buckeyes held on to win, 34-27.

The junior running back got a sluggish offense going with second-half touchdown runs of 55, 65 and 75 yards, and Eli Apple batted away a desperation pass in the end zone as time expired to preserve No. 1 Ohio State's 34-27 victory at Indiana.
